AI IVR Vendor / Customer Onboarding Automation

I need an AI-driven IVR that takes new vendors from first phone touch to “ready to transact” without a human agent. The flow must guide callers through document submission, trigger automated account setup and finish with a brief orientation or training segment, all in a single, streamlined call experience with whatusp connection

Here’s what success looks like to me:
• A conversational IVR in English and Malayalam that recognises voice or keypad input, validates answers and adapts its prompts dynamically.
• Secure upload or capture of required onboarding documents, with confirmations sent to both the vendor and our back-office system.
• Automatic creation of the vendor record in our CRM/ERP once documents clear basic checks, plus generation of login credentials and welcome emails/SMS.
• A short interactive training module delivered by the IVR (e.g., quiz-style) so vendors leave the call knowing how to use our portal and support channels.
• Real-time dashboards or reports that show call completion rates, drop-offs and any failed verifications so we can tune the flow quickly.

You’re free to employ Dialogflow, Twilio, Amazon Connect, or any comparable AI voice platform as long as you can integrate with our existing REST APIs and secure S3 storage. I’ll provide the API docs and a sample vendor package once we start.

Deliverables I expect:
1. Call flow diagrams and prompt scripts in both languages.
2. Working IVR deployed in our test environment.
3. Integration code (with documentation) for CRM, storage and messaging hooks.
4. UAT support until we hit at least 95 % call-completion on the pilot group.
5. Handover session with my tech team.
