AI Integration for Dynamics 365

I’m ready to add practical artificial-intelligence capabilities to our Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment and I’m looking for someone who knows the platform inside out. The end goal is simple: turn the data we already collect in Dynamics into real-time guidance for the people who use it every day—whether that is automated insights on the Sales side, faster case resolution in Customer Service, or predictive flags in Finance & Operations.

You will advise on the most effective AI approach for our current licences (Copilot, AI Builder, or custom Azure Cognitive Services if needed), configure the chosen tools, and deliver a working solution that my team can test directly inside Dynamics. Clear, well-commented setup steps and a short hand-off session are part of the job so my administrators can maintain what you build.

Key deliverables
• A configured, ready-to-use AI feature embedded in Dynamics 365
• Documentation that covers data connections, security settings, and user instructions
• A brief walkthrough (live or recorded) showing the feature in action and how to extend it
