Summary
The Sanchez Dooner Foundation is hiring an experienced trainer and coordinator to run the programming of an AI Innovation Studio at a university located in Philadelphia.
You'll help plan, organize and lead the open orientation programs, train the student and staff guides who keep the room running, and coordinate the calendar for faculty, staff, and student cohorts, a monthly open studio, and a quarterly public forum. By June 2028 the University's own staff run everything; your documentation is how that happens.
Scope and deliverables
Session plans and facilitation for Foundations (rolling, year-round) and the Guide Track.
A programming calendar across the Circles, Open Studio, and Forum — logistics, guests, room, and follow-up.
A one-page format sheet and a run-of-show document for every program, written for handoff.
Monthly attendance and feedback reporting, with a plain assessment of what worked and what didn't.
Requirements
Five or more years of training or facilitation for adults (faculty development, learning and development, or similar).
Hands-on daily use of current generative AI tools; able to teach a real task in a short session. Not an engineering role.
Strong coordination and writing; comfortable with the pace of university governance.
Located in the Philadelphia area and available on campus at least a day per week.
Nice to have: higher-education experience and experience training trainers.
