AI Guardrails Data Scientist Needed

I’m looking for a senior data-science professional (8+ years of hands-on work) who can devote 2–2.5 hours each weekday to strengthen the AI Guardrails across our platform. Your core responsibility will be the guardrails themselves—designing, refining, and validating them so that every model decision is traceable, safe, and audit-ready.

Monitoring & compliance sit at the heart of the role. I need real-time data monitoring that instantly flags drift, robust anomaly-detection logic that separates genuine risk from noise, and scheduled compliance reports that stand up to both internal and external audits.

You’ll have the freedom to choose your preferred stack—Python, Spark, TensorFlow, MLflow, or similar—so long as the final solution is production-ready and easy for our engineering team to maintain. Expect to collaborate closely with me and one backend engineer; communication happens over Slack and brief video stand-ups.

Deliverables (tied to weekly milestones)
• Real-time monitoring pipeline integrated with existing data sources
• Anomaly-detection module with alerting thresholds we define together
• Automated compliance report generator (exportable to PDF/CSV)
• Clear hand-off documentation and a short knowledge-transfer session

Compensation is ₹50 k per month, released monthly upon successful completion of agreed weekly goals.
