AI-Powered Full-Stack Developer / Support Engineer for AIFabrico.com
We are looking for developers to help us grow AIFabrico.com, a platform where we build, publish, sell, and deploy software products.
This is not just a one-off coding task. We are looking for people who can potentially work with us long-term across development, maintenance, deployment, and customer support.
What you’ll be doing
Your responsibilities may include:
* Developing new applications and features
* Improving and extending our existing applications
* Fixing bugs and technical issues
* Reviewing and improving existing codebases
* Deploying applications and configuring production environments
* Helping customers install, deploy, configure, and customize purchased software
* Responding to technical customer questions
* Creating new products from specifications
* Testing applications before release
* Improving performance, security, UX, and code quality
* Maintaining existing products as dependencies and frameworks evolve
* Working with GitHub repositories, branches, pull requests, and issues
AI agent experience is required
A major part of our development process is AI-agent-assisted software engineering.
You should already know how to work effectively with tools such as:
* OpenAI Codex
* Claude Code
* similar autonomous/agentic coding tools
We are not looking for someone who simply copies code from ChatGPT.
You need to understand how to use coding agents professionally: give them good specifications, inspect an unfamiliar repository, plan changes, delegate implementation, review generated code, run tests, debug failures, iterate, and verify that the final result actually works.
AI should make you dramatically faster — it should not replace your engineering judgment.
Technical skills
Our projects may use different technologies, so you don’t need to know everything.
Experience with some of the following is valuable:
* PHP / Laravel
* JavaScript / TypeScript
* Vue / React
* Inertia.js
* Tailwind CSS
* Node.js
* MySQL / PostgreSQL
* Redis
* Docker
* Linux
* Git / GitHub
* REST APIs
* Stripe
* Cloud deployments
* CI/CD
* Three.js / WebGL
* Swift / SwiftUI for some projects
Strong general software-engineering skills are more important than knowing every framework on this list.
What matters to us
We want someone who:
* can work independently
* can understand an existing codebase quickly
* knows when AI-generated code is wrong
* doesn’t consider “the agent said it’s done” to mean the task is actually done
* tests their work
* communicates clearly
* can investigate problems instead of waiting for step-by-step instructions
* cares about shipping working software
* is comfortable working across multiple small and medium-sized products
Customer support
Some work involves helping AIFabrico customers.
A customer may say:
“I purchased this application but I can’t deploy it.”
We expect you to be able to inspect the problem, communicate with the customer, configure or modify the application where necessary, and help get it running.
So written English and the ability to explain technical issues clearly are important.
Long-term opportunity
We’re interested in finding multiple reliable engineers whom we can repeatedly assign work to as AIFabrico grows.
There will potentially be work involving:
support → bug fixes → customization → product development → new applications
Good developers can therefore receive ongoing work rather than a single project.
When applying
Please include:
1. Your GitHub profile or examples of software you’ve built.
2. Your main technology stack.
3. Your experience with Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, or other coding agents.
4. An example of a real project where you used an AI coding agent productively.
5. How you verify AI-generated code before shipping it.
6. Your hourly rate.
7. Your weekly availability.
8. Your timezone.
9. Whether you’re comfortable communicating directly with customers.
Please do not send a generic AI-generated proposal.
