AI-Enhanced E-Commerce Site Development

I’m expanding our remote team and have room for up to six full-time developers who can build production-ready e-commerce sites by leaning heavily on AI tooling. Day-to-day, you’ll work inside Replit, prompt OpenAI models for rapid code generation and refactoring, and then refine the output with solid vanilla skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

The core assignment is straightforward: take a set of wireframes or Figma files and turn them into a live store that supports secure user accounts and a fully functional payment gateway. While a classic shopping-cart flow is in the backlog, the immediate milestones revolve around:

• User authentication and profile management
• Seamless payment gateway integration (Stripe or PayPal—open to suggestions)
• Clean, responsive front-end that scores well on Lighthouse tests
• Well-documented code pushed to our Git repo and mirrored in Replit workspaces

You’ll collaborate with our product designer and another developer on each project cycle, communicate in Slack, and close tickets in Linear. If you can show previous work where you paired AI suggestions with your own expertise to ship faster, you’ll be a perfect fit.
