Video Creator / Motion Designer for Technology Product
We are building a new AI-powered EdTech product and are looking for a creative video creator / motion designer to help us develop our initial video content.
We are looking for someone who can tell a product story visually, not just edit footage.
Initial requirement — 3 types of videos
1. Product Teaser — 30–45 sec
A visually compelling teaser that creates curiosity around the product and its core technology.
2. Product Explainer — 60–90 sec
A clear, premium video explaining how the product works and why it is different. The video should make a relatively sophisticated technology easy to understand.
3. Feature / Capability Videos — 20–45 sec each
Short videos demonstrating specific product capabilities and use cases. These may involve product UI, handwriting, AI processing, animations and real-world scenarios.
Style we are looking for
Premium and modern
Clean and minimal
Strong visual storytelling
Technology-driven but human
Sophisticated rather than flashy
Suitable for schools, educators, parents and technology audiences
We do NOT want generic EdTech videos, stock-footage-heavy videos, template-based animations or overdone "AI" visual effects.
Who we're looking for
Someone with demonstrated experience creating product videos / SaaS videos / technology explainers / motion graphics / startup videos.
We are particularly interested in people who can contribute to the concept, storyboard and visual treatment, rather than simply execute a supplied script.
This is potentially a long-term engagement. We expect to create more product, feature and marketing videos as the product develops.
To apply
Please share:
2–3 best examples of product/technology videos you have created
Your role in those projects (concept / storyboard / animation / editing etc.)
Tools you primarily work with
Approximate cost for a 30–45 sec teaser
Approximate turnaround time
Please share relevant work only. We are more interested in the quality of your work and storytelling ability than the number of years of experience.
Further details about the product, company and specific video requirements will be shared with shortlisted candidates.
