AI eClinicalWorks Patient Data Plugin

I need a developer who can build a lightweight API-level plugin that takes the personal information from our existing manual entry forms and pushes it directly into the patient-record module of eClinicalWorks. The goal is to eliminate hand-keying while keeping every step HIPAA compliant and fully auditable.

Here is how I picture the workflow: data is captured from the forms, parsed, mapped to the correct eCW patient fields, then validated and submitted through the eCW API. The plugin should return clear success or error messages so my staff immediately knows whether a record was created, updated, or needs attention. Robust field-mapping logic, input sanitation, and rollback on failure are essential.

Deliverables
• A compiled, installable plugin (or microservice) that connects to the current eCW API and automates entry of personal-information fields in patient records
• Source code with inline comments, plus a short implementation guide for my IT team
• A test suite or sample script that demonstrates successful insertion of at least 20 dummy patient profiles
• Brief user documentation covering prerequisites, configuration, and typical error codes

Acceptance criteria
1. Plugin inserts personal information into eCW with 100 % accuracy on provided test data.
2. Error handling returns readable JSON responses for any validation failure.
3. Setup and deploy time on a fresh server remains under 30 minutes following your guide.
