Objective
Develop an affordable AI-powered automation system to simplify tender eligibility assessment and technical product research, reducing manual effort and turnaround time.
1. Tender Eligibility Assessment
* Integrate with the existing tender platform to retrieve selected tenders using tender IDs or relevant keywords.
* Compare tender eligibility requirements against the company’s documents and predefined criteria.
* Generate an Excel report marking each criterion as YES, NO, or NEEDS VERIFICATION.
2. Technical Specification and Product Matching
* Extract item-wise technical specifications from selected tenders.
* Identify five qualifying brands for each item, along with their exact model numbers.
* Verify that the identified models satisfy the tender’s technical requirements using manufacturer documentation and product specifications.
* Generate an Excel sheet containing the tender item, required technical specifications, brand names, their respective model numbers, and the technical specifications of each model.
3. Workflow Integration and Reporting
* Integrate both stages into a streamlined workflow with minimal manual intervention.
* Generate downloadable Excel reports for eligibility assessment and technical product matching.
* Allow manual document uploads whenever additional information is required.
4. Development and Handover Requirements
* Prioritize free and open-source tools wherever possible, using paid tools or APIs only when absolutely necessary.
* Minimize recurring costs, paid API usage, and third-party subscriptions.
* Set up all accounts, services, workflows, and integrations using our email IDs and credentials.
* Provide complete handover of source code, workflows, configurations, documentation, and access credentials.
* Ensure that we retain full ownership and control of the entire system and can operate and maintain it independently after handover.
