I need a single, fully-integrated CRM platform that lets one person run my entire law firm with AI handling every routine and data-heavy task. From the first touchpoint with a prospect right through to closing the matter—and then on to HR, accounts, compliance, and ongoing client care—I want the system to think, draft, remind, route and report without constant human supervision.
Key functions the agents must own
• Lead generation and qualification, including outreach sequencing via our email system.
• AI-assisted legal drafting that pulls data from our document-management repository and populates templates automatically.
• Human-resources workflows such as candidate screening, onboarding checklists and performance reminders.
• Any remaining modules (marketing, BD, operations, finance, compliance) should be orchestrated the same way so one dashboard controls it all.
Primary outcomes I’m targeting are higher efficiency, stronger client service and lower operating costs; the build should reflect that balance in every design choice. Native integrations are required for:
• our existing email servers,
• the document-management suite, and
• the client-management platform we rely on for case updates.
Deliverables
1. System architecture blueprint detailing AI models, data flows and security layers.
2. A working MVP with connected email, DMS and client platform, demo data included.
3. Clean, well-commented source code and deployment scripts (Docker or similar).
4. User and admin documentation plus a quick-start video walkthrough.
Acceptance criteria
• All selected functions execute through the CRM UI with no external tool-hopping.
• Draft documents generate accurately from live matter data in under 30 seconds.
• Lead-to-client pipeline shows real-time status and automated next actions.
• HR tasks trigger on schedule and log completion.
• System remains responsive with 25 concurrent users and 10k records.
Mention any preferred AI libraries, RPA frameworks or cloud stacks in your proposal along with a timeline to reach the MVP milestone.
