AI-Driven Job Application Platform Development

I am looking for an experienced full-stack developer or small team to build an AI-powered job application platform.
The platform should help users find jobs from LinkedIn, Indeed, company career pages, and ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, and Dayforce. It should analyze job descriptions with AI, calculate a job-match score, generate tailored ATS-friendly resumes and cover letters, fill application forms, upload documents, track submissions, and manage follow-ups.
Required features
• User accounts, profiles, resume upload, and secure document storage
• AI job-description analysis and match scoring
• Automatically tailored resumes in DOCX and PDF
• AI-generated cover letters and screening-question answers
• Job filters: title, location, salary, remote/hybrid/onsite, skills, experience, and job type
• Job tracking dashboard: applied, interview, rejected, offer, follow-up, notes
• Gmail and Microsoft Outlook integration for job alerts, application confirmations, and interview emails
• Chrome extension to save job postings from websites into the platform
• Admin dashboard, subscription plans, Stripe payments, analytics, and error logs
• Modular job-source and ATS connector architecture for future expansion
• Strong security: OAuth, encryption, privacy controls, account/data deletion, audit logs

Important requirements
• The AI must never invent experience, certifications, education, skills, or job history.
• Resumes must be ATS-friendly, clean, single-column, and downloadable as Word and PDF.
• The system must use official APIs and platform-compliant methods for job-board and ATS integrations.
• I need clean, scalable code, complete documentation, source-code ownership, deployment support, and post-launch bug fixes.
