ERS AI-Supported Quoting Platform – Project Confirmation
Attached is the detailed ERS AI Quote Platform – Freelancer Development Brief & Acceptance Specification. This document forms the agreed project scope and acceptance standard.
The objective is a production-ready, simple quoting system for ERS sales consultants, not a prototype. Each consultant will operate an independent local template, with central ERS rules/configuration synchronised through OneDrive.
Core requirements include:
Consultant enters a product/model number and the system uses Google Search API + LLM-assisted parsing to locate and structure product information.
Research includes exact model identification, description/specifications, RRP/market pricing, nominated competitor sources and a genuine exact-model product image.
Confidence-based verification. Anything not sufficiently verified must show [REVIEW REQUIRED] rather than inserting assumed information.
Consultant can review, edit and override all researched information before issuing the quote.
ERS dealer cost/discount, selling price, GST, individual/total savings and hidden margin calculations.
Weekly payment calculated as GST-inclusive selling price × 1.2693%.
OPTIONAL products show full image/specification/pricing but are excluded from package totals.
Customer output must be a professional sales proposal, not an Excel-looking printout.
Page 1 must accurately reproduce the supplied Best Template benchmark.
Product pages must carry the same ERS blue/red/white graphic-design language and clearly show images, pricing, savings and weekly payments.
Latest ERS Important Notice appended unchanged as the final page.
Reliable print-ready PDF generation with no image movement, cut-offs, broken pagination or formatting problems.
Five consultants must be able to operate independently without file locking/performance issues.
OneDrive provides central ERS rule/configuration updates.
Final acceptance testing across at least 30 products and five local user copies.
Complete source code, Google Search/API and LLM configuration, OneDrive setup, deployment instructions and maintenance documentation supplied to ERS.
Delivery within 10–12 business days, divided into two milestones
