The core dataset you’ll be working with includes detailed information about business owners—everything from demographic fields to transaction histories and sector classification. Additionally, I have Excel data for specific business sectors like General Practice, Pharmacy, and Child Care, containing details such as practice name, location, address, contact number, email address, and owner(s).

Here’s what I need the model to surface:

• Actionable customer-preference clusters
• Early churn-risk signals
• Identification of owners in a specific sector who may be inclined to sell their companies

The experience I’m after is a single, intuitive web or cross-platform interface where I can upload new data or connect a live source. When I input specific criteria (e.g., a name or location), the app should retrieve and display the requested information. It should also allow me to view dashboards that translate findings into plain-language insights and exportable reports. Accuracy, explainability, and easy retraining on fresh data are non-negotiable.
