The core flow is straightforward: customers sign up with an email and password, securely upload their full credit report (PDF or the common credit-monitoring formats), and the system scans every line item. Using an AI engine you will build or integrate, the app must instantly draft customized dispute letters that the user can download or e-sign and send to the relevant bureau.

Beyond the dispute workflow, I want the app to fetch and display the user’s updated credit score at regular intervals so they can track improvements inside the same dashboard. Clean, bank-level encryption, role-based access for support staff, and clear audit logs are essential to stay compliant with U.S. credit reporting rules.
