What You'll do:

Define and implement the AI Risk Management framework, ensuring alignment with regulatory and governance requirements.

Assess AI-related risks, including bias, explainability, model drift, human oversight, and AI incident management.

Establish and monitor controls, risk indicators, compliance metrics, and audit mechanisms for AI systems.

Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Security, Data Protection, Audit, Business, and Technology teams to ensure AI governance compliance.

Produce regulatory documentation, risk assessments, audit evidence, and compliance reports related to AI initiatives.

Who You Are:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, Law, Information Security, or a related field.

At least 5 years of experience in Risk Management, Compliance, Internal Audit, Internal Control, or Technology Risk.

Strong knowledge of AI Governance principles and AI-specific risk domains.

Solid understanding of the EU AI Act and related compliance obligations.

Experience designing risk management frameworks and control models.

Knowledge of NIST AI Risk Management Framework, ISO 31000, and ISO 27001.

Experience conducting risk, impact, and compliance assessments.

Understanding of data protection, privacy, and information security principles.

Familiarity with Explainability, Bias Management, Model Drift, Human Oversight, and AI Incident Management concepts.

Proven ability to prepare regulatory documentation and audit evidence.

Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience in Internal Audit or Operational Risk Management is a plus.
