I run an ISP and live inside two systems every day—Splynx for service management and Zoho Books for accounting. I’m tired of exporting spreadsheets just to answer one simple question: “How much money did we actually collect today, this week, and this month?”
What I need is a small AI-driven agent that automatically pulls payment data from both Splynx and Zoho Books, reconciles it, and presents the numbers on a clean, real-time dashboard. No emails or mobile push—just a browser-based dashboard I can leave open on my screen.
Core expectations
• The solution must authenticate securely with both Splynx and Zoho Books APIs, fetch successful payments, and deduplicate any overlaps between the two systems.
• Calculations for daily, weekly, and monthly collections should refresh on a schedule I can adjust (daily at minimum).
• The dashboard should load quickly, show totals at a glance, and let me click into each period for a simple transaction list.
• Source code, environment instructions, and a short hand-off video are part of the delivery, along with one week of post-launch support to fix any data mismatches.
