AI Cold Email Outreach Generator -- 2

I’m building a full-stack MERN web app that transforms a single prompt into a complete cold-email sequence in seconds. The flow is simple: a user drops one short description of their offer, chooses any personalized placeholders like {{firstName}} or {{company}}, and the app instantly returns an optimized subject line, primary email, and an automatic follow-up—everything tailored strictly for Email outreach (no LinkedIn content required).

Key requirements
• Authentication must default to secure OTP delivery, with Google login offered as a quick alternative.
• Every generation is stored so the user can review, copy, or delete past emails from a tidy history panel.
• The React front-end needs to be clean, fast, and fully responsive; feel free to use a modern component library as long as the final look is professional.
• Node/Express and MongoDB will power the back-end, while the AI layer can run on OpenAI or a similarly capable LLM. Please structure prompts so personalized fields are respected and returned exactly where the user specifies them.

Acceptance criteria
1. Sign-up, sign-in, and forgot-password flows work with OTP and Google OAuth.
2. A single prompt plus personalization tokens reliably returns three pieces of copy: subject, main email, follow-up email.
3. History page lists previous generations with date/time and a quick copy button.
4. Front-end passes Lighthouse mobile and desktop performance audits at 90+ scores.
5. Code is delivered in a well-documented Git repo with clear environment variables for the AI key and Mongo connection string.

Deliver the complete source, a short deployment guide, and a live demo link (Heroku, Render, or Vercel) so I can test end-to-end before sign-off.
