I need an experienced AI video creator to produce a 30–45 second cinematic promotional video for my startup, LokaalQ.

I already have the complete concept, 6-scene storyboard, character reference, and approximately 24 reference images.

The video starts with the founder working late at night on LokaalQ, then gradually enters his imagination and shows the platform coming to life: Delivery, Community, Services, Local Businesses, Tourism and AI. The vision then expands from a local idea into a future connected Netherlands.
