I need a seasoned career coach who already understands the hiring landscape for AI product managers, ML engineers, and data analysts. Your primary job is to map clear, realistic routes for mid-career professionals who are pivoting into these roles and to stay on top of the latest market shifts so our advice never feels dated.

Here’s what working together will look like: each client starts with a diagnostic session where you assess their current skill set, goals, and constraints. From that, you create a personalised roadmap that highlights exact skill gaps and lists the most relevant, up-to-date courses they should complete to close those gaps. While career transition planning is the headline service, you will also spruce up their CVs, LinkedIn profiles, and any existing portfolios so that transferable strengths pop to the top of a recruiter’s search. When they’re interview-ready, you’ll run realistic mock interviews—technical, case, and behavioural—mirroring the standards of today’s AI hiring managers.

Deliverables for every client:
• A written transition plan with step-by-step milestones and specific recommended courses.
• A reworked CV and LinkedIn profile that reflect AI-focused achievements.
• A summary of interview feedback plus next-step recommendations after each mock session.
