AI Call & Email Assistant

I need a single, seamless AI-driven assistant that can handle the full life-cycle of my daily outreach and follow-up. Every lead starts in a spreadsheet or CSV, flows through my website (frankzaino.com), and is managed in the custom “Ultra Agent” CRM that was built into the site. Right now I juggle phone and email equally, so the agent must treat voice and inbox traffic with the same priority.

Here’s what the finished solution must reliably do for me:

• Outbound calls + emails
– Dial prospects from my uploaded lead lists, follow the call script I provide, then log results in the CRM and trigger the appropriate email template.
• Inbound calls + emails
– Answer or route calls that come in, pull up the caller’s record in the CRM, and update notes.
– Monitor my main email account, flag or reply according to rules we define, and archive everything in the contact’s history.
• Calendar & CRM coordination
– Offer appointment slots from my synced calendar, confirm bookings, and push the details back into the Ultra Agent CRM and Google Calendar.
• Website integration
– Work directly with forms and contact pages on frankzaino.com so new leads flow straight into the same pipeline.

Tech freedom is yours—Twilio, SendGrid, Zapier, Dialogflow, or any stack you prefer—as long as it plays nicely with a PHP/WordPress environment and my custom CRM tables.

Acceptance criteria:
1. I can upload a fresh lead file and the agent starts outreach without manual data entry.
2. Call recordings, email threads, and appointment details appear under the correct contact inside Ultra Agent within 60 seconds.
3. No missed or dropped inbound calls/emails during a 48-hour live test window.
4. All scheduling respects my existing Google Calendar rules and avoids double-booking.
