AI Booking Module for Moving Website

Our moving company is rebuilding its site around an AI-driven experience, and the first milestone is a smart scheduling and booking module. Customers should be able to choose their move date and time, submit the job, and instantly receive an automated confirmation email in the language they selected during checkout (at minimum English and Spanish, with the system structured so we can add more).

Core flow
• Visitor picks origin, destination, preferred day and time window.
• System checks our crew calendar, shows only slots that are truly open, and locks the slot once the customer commits.
• Payment can be deferred for now; however, the code must be ready for a Stripe or PayPal plug-in that we may switch on later.
• On successful booking the customer gets a branded, multilingual email that includes move details, a change/cancellation link, and our contact info.

Deliverables
1. Front-end booking form (React or similar) embedded in our existing WordPress site.
2. Real-time availability logic tied to a Google Calendar or a simple SQL schedule you set up.
3. Email template system with language files so non-developers on our team can translate new strings.
4. Admin dashboard: override bookings, block out dates, export daily schedule to CSV.
5. Brief video walkthrough and commented code so our in-house tech can maintain it.

Acceptance criteria
• Customer can complete a booking from desktop or mobile in under two minutes.
• Confirmation emails arrive within 30 seconds and render correctly in Gmail, Outlook, and iOS Mail.
• Switching the site language flips the email language automatically.
• No double-booking occurs when two customers hit the same time slot simultaneously.

Tech is flexible; I routinely work with JavaScript, Node, and Python so stick to mainstream stacks and keep hosting requirements simple (Linux shared or small VPS). Please outline your proposed approach, estimated timeline for the above scope, and any past examples of booking systems you’ve built.
