About the Role
At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring an AI Automation Specialist to design, build, and optimize intelligent automation systems that eliminate manual work and improve operational efficiency across the business.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role combining AI integration, workflow automation, system integrations, and process optimization. You’ll leverage modern automation platforms, APIs, and AI models to create scalable solutions that streamline operations across departments including operations, sales, marketing, HR, finance, and customer support.

What You’ll Own
Process Analysis & Automation Design

Analyze existing workflows and identify automation opportunities.

Design scalable AI-powered workflows that reduce manual effort.

Translate business requirements into efficient automation solutions.

Recommend automation strategies that improve scalability and operational efficiency.

Continuously identify process improvements and eliminate bottlenecks.

AI & Workflow Automation

Build, deploy, and maintain workflows using platforms such as:

Zapier

Make

Microsoft Power Automate

Integrate AI services including:

OpenAI (ChatGPT)

Claude

Gemini

Anthropic

Other LLM APIs

Develop AI-powered workflows for:

Content generation

Data processing

Classification

Summarization

Systems Integration

Connect business applications using APIs and webhooks.
