AI Automation Specialist Needed — Dating App Growth Agents
Jozi (jozi.dating) is a newly launched "Cultural DNA" dating app for Africans and the diaspora. We need 6 AI agents built and deployed to support a growth push. Build-and-ship engagement, not a strategy doc.
The 6 agents:
Reactivation & Nurture — automated email/SMS sequences to ~25k warm contacts, triggered by user behavior
Matchmaking Liquidity — surfaces fast, meaningful matches for new users, flags pool gaps
Referral/Growth Loop — triggers invite prompts at positive in-app moments, tracks referrals
Conversation Starter — generates personalized icebreakers from match/profile data
Trust & Safety — detects fake profiles/bots/catfishing patterns for review or auto-action
Content & Auto-Distribution — scrapes trending topics/formats per platform niche, generates and auto-posts content (TikTok, IG, Facebook), with brand-safety guardrails
Need from you:
Proposed approach (LLM/rules/hybrid) and cost/timeline per agent
Experience with dating, marketplace, or growth automation preferred
Can phase/prioritize if needed — Agent 1 is top priority
