AI Auto-Responder for Multilingual Messaging

I manage several property listings and, every day, messages arrive in Spanish across Text messages, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger and Google Voice. I need a single AI-driven solution that can automatically pull each incoming message, translate it to English, understand whether the sender is asking about an available property, a booking detail, or a maintenance issue, and then craft a reply that feels helpful and human.

For the reply style, I want a mix of both preset templates (e.g., directions to the property, check-in times, basic troubleshooting) and dynamic, context-aware wording that adjusts to the exact question or concern. The system should log all conversations, flag anything it cannot classify confidently, and let me jump in manually when needed.

Please build or integrate with the appropriate APIs—Twilio or similar for SMS, WhatsApp Business API, Facebook Messenger API, and Google Voice—to fetch messages in real time. The AI layer can rely on modern NLP models such as GPT or comparable open-source alternatives, combined with dependable Spanish-to-English translation. All data must remain private; a simple dashboard or email digest showing conversation history and unresolved tickets will be enough for oversight.

Deliverables:
• A working cloud-hosted or self-hosted application that connects to the four channels above and runs continuously
• Translation, intent detection and reply generation pipeline with configurable templates
• Simple web interface or dashboard to review, edit and export chats
• Clear hand-off documentation so I can maintain or extend the system myself

The project is complete when I can watch a Spanish message arrive on any of those platforms and see the English translation plus an appropriate reply sent back automatically within seconds.
