AI-Assisted Content Production Setup

I run Humans of Football (HoF), a football community and sports platform. I want to build an AI-assisted content production workflow using Adobe Premiere Pro.

I already have an Excel-based HoF Content Machine covering our content pipeline, shot lists, interviews, publishing, QC, formats and performance tracking.

I need you to:

1. Set up my Premiere Pro workspace for HoF.
2. Create 3–5 reusable Premiere templates for Reels/Shorts.
3. Set up AI-assisted workflow for finding important moments from football footage.
4. Set up automatic transcription/captions.
5. Set up audio enhancement workflow.
6. Create a workflow for turning one match into multiple social-media assets.
7. Connect the workflow conceptually with my existing Excel content tracker.
8. Recommend the exact AI tools I should use and explain what each one does.
9. Give me a simple SOP so my future editors can follow the same process.
10. Record a screen-share/tutorial showing me how everything works.

Budget: ₹5,000 fixed.

This is a setup/consulting project, not ongoing editing.

I want the final result to be a repeatable HoF content-production system.
