We’re building AI assistants that help with the everyday parts of life. They write things like suggestions, explanations, reminders, and refusals, and we need someone who can look closely at that writing and tell us where it feels off.
This isn’t just about fixing grammar. The bigger focus is tone and clarity. Does a message sound too cold for someone having a rough week? Does a refusal feel fair and clear, or vague and evasive? Does an explanation actually help the person understand?
You’ll review batches of AI-generated writing, compare them against a rubric, point out what isn’t working, and suggest a better version. You’ll also explain your reasoning in a way that’s easy for anyone to understand.
We’re looking for someone with near-native written English and real experience in editing, teaching, or translation. You don’t need a technical background or any previous AI experience.
The role is fully remote and open to any time zone. Most people work two to four sessions per week and choose their own schedule. Pay is hourly, and you’ll know the rate before committing. There are no regular meetings.
To apply, send us a short note and one example of something you’ve edited. The process includes a paid exercise that takes less than an hour, followed by one conversation. We don’t ask candidates to do unpaid work.
