AI Agent: Sales & Operations Automation

I’m looking to deploy a custom AI agent that can shoulder two pressing needs inside my small business: insightful sales-data analysis and hands-off operational automation.

On the analysis side, the agent should ingest our sales data (CSV exports from Shopify and QuickBooks Online today, API feeds later), clean it, surface week-over-week trends, flag anomalies, and generate simple forecasts I can view in a lightweight dashboard or receive as a concise daily email summary.

Operationally, I need the same agent to remove the manual work from inventory management and employee scheduling. When stock falls below predefined thresholds it should create a purchase-order draft or at least fire off a Slack / email alert. For scheduling, tying into Google Calendar to auto-populate staff shifts from a ruleset (hours available, role, labour-cost cap) will free up hours each week.

Key deliverables
• Fully working AI agent with documented source code (Python preferred, open to alternatives)
• Data pipeline that pulls, stores and refreshes sales data automatically
• Interactive dashboard or formatted email report outlining trends and forecasts
• Inventory alert workflow and optional PO draft generation
• Scheduling automation integrated with Google Calendar (or a comparable tool we agree on)
• Set-up guide so I can run, tweak and extend the solution myself

Acceptance criteria
The system is considered complete when it runs unattended for one business week, delivering correct sales summaries, generating at least one inventory alert at the right threshold, and posting an up-to-date shift schedule without conflicts.
