AI Agent for FMX Backup

I need a lightweight AI-driven script that can log in to our FMX account, sweep through every maintenance ticket ever opened across our 51+ properties, and export the full record—text fields and attached photos—in one pass. All tickets must be saved as CSV rows while every photo lands in an organised folder structure: property name → unit number → ticket-date, with filenames that echo the same pattern.

FMX does not expose a native backup button, so the agent will likely rely on Python, Selenium (or a creative use of any unofficial endpoints) to crawl, download, and rename files automatically. I’m open to other tool choices if you can deliver a repeatable one-click run that a non-technical manager can launch whenever we need another snapshot.

Because both tickets and photos matter for future audits, the export must keep the linkage intact: the photo folder path or filename should appear in the matching CSV row. A short README describing setup, credentials handling, and how to change the date range will round out the package.

Acceptance will be simple: I run the script, it finishes without manual intervention, and I see every ticket and image in the required CSV + folder layout.
