Microsoft Entra ID, OAuth 2.0, and secure authentication
Project Requirements

Develop an advanced AI email agent capable of managing multiple Outlook email accounts simultaneously, accessible through Outlook Desktop and Outlook Web.

Key Features:

Monitor and manage multiple email inboxes in real time.
Read, analyze, prioritize, and categorize incoming emails.
Automatically create folders and subfolders.
Organize and move emails into appropriate folders.
Generate intelligent AI-powered email responses.
Save responses as drafts or automatically reply based on predefined rules.
Identify important messages and pending follow-ups.
Understand email conversation history.
Support English and Spanish communications.
Customize automation rules for each email account.
Provide a centralized management dashboard.
Preferred Technology Stack

Microsoft Graph API, Microsoft 365, OpenAI API, Gemini API, Claude API, Python/Node.js, n8n or Power Automate, and Outlook Web Add-ins (Office.js) where appropriate.
