Job Summary
Embedding AI into the sales/GTM workflow and measuring the lift. The AI Adoption & Sales Productivity Analyst drives adoption of AI-powered tools across the sales/AM organization and rigorously measures their impact on productivity, pipeline, and win rates. This role identifies workflow inefficiencies, runs pilots, and partners with RevOps, IT, and Enablement to scale the AI tools and practices that move the needle for sellers
Primary Job Responsibilities
Track adoption, usage, and engagement metrics for AI tools deployed across the sales, GTM and Account Management organization
Analyze the impact of AI tool usage on seller productivity, cycle time, win rates, and quota attainment
Design and run pilots for new AI capabilities, gathering structured feedback from sales users
Identify workflow bottlenecks and recommend AI-enabled process improvements in partnership with RevOps
Build and maintain dashboards that give sales leadership visibility into adoption and productivity trends
Support onboarding, training, and change management for new AI tool rollouts alongside Enablement
Partner with IT and vendor teams on tool configuration, integration, and troubleshooting
Protect company assets, systems, proprietary and confidential information in accordance with Foundever Associate Agreement
Proactively report actual or suspected ethics and compliance violations, vulnerabilities, security incidents and breaches in the confidentiality, integrity or availability of Information assets as per the Company’s policy
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
2-4 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or business/data analytics
Working proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; SQL skills a strong plus
Experience translating data analysis into clear recommendations for non-technical stakeholders
Comfort learning and evaluating new software tools quickly
Familiarity with AI-enabled sales tools (e.g., conversation intelligence, sales copilots, forecasting AI)
Experience with BI/dashboarding tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
Background supporting change management or technology rollouts in a sales organization Data analysis and dashboarding
Change management and stakeholder communication
Sales process and workflow knowledge
AI/sales-tool literacy and curiosity
Project coordination across pilots and rollouts
Structured experimentation and measurement
