Ahmedabad Resident Director Compliance Support

I need a legally-resident director based in Ahmedabad who can stand on our Board for the next twelve months. The company is a privately held Indian private limited entity, and the role is strictly to satisfy the Companies Act residency requirement.

Scope of work
• Your main responsibility will be to review and sign statutory documents—annual returns, board resolutions, ROC filings, and any other compliance papers—after they have been drafted and vetted by our chartered accountant or company secretary.
• No day-to-day management, operational decision-making, or shareholder dealings are expected; it is a non-executive appointment focused on compliance only.
• Availability for occasional in-person signature in Ahmedabad (or quick turnaround on DSC) is important so we never miss a filing deadline during the year.

Acceptance criteria
– Proof of Ahmedabad residency
– Timely signatures on every scheduled compliance document within the agreed calendar.
– Simple handover once the one-year term ends, with all filings up to date and no penalties outstanding.
