Ahmedabad and Surat Hospital Doctor Data Compilation

I need a clean, research-grade dataset that covers every hospital in Ahmedabad anf Surat together with the details of the owner or lead doctors attached to each facility. For every hospital I want the basic contact information, a clear summary of the services they advertise, their current Google rating, and a short extract of genuine patient reviews. On the doctor side I am looking for both personal and business contact numbers, their specialty, the hospital(s) they are associated with, and the exact locality where they practise.

Your search will have to span official hospital websites, Google reviews, medical association directories, relevant medical journals or conference listings, social media posts, business-card images found on Google Business, PDF brochures, and any other credible source you can tap into. The goal is full coverage of all neighbourhoods in Ahmedabad and Surat, not just the major hubs.

Deliverables
• A single Excel or CSV file with one row per hospital-doctor pair and clearly labelled columns for: Hospital Name, Hospital Address, Locality, Services Offered, Google Rating, Extracted Patient Review, Doctor Name, Specialty, Personal Phone, Business Phone, Source Links.
• A separate sheet (or tab) listing every source consulted so I can trace any entry quickly.
• No duplicate rows and no missing mandatory fields; each phone number should appear in only one format and be verified against at least two sources.
