Agrivoltaic Greenhouse CAD Blueprint

I’m ready to move from concept to construction on a set of agrivoltaic greenhouses dedicated to fruit production. The goal is a smart layout that lets photovoltaic panels harvest power while still supplying the right light spectrum and climate for the crops inside.

The crop mix is still being finalised—berries are the frontrunner, and I may test cucumbers or tomatoes in a few bays—so the design must allow for flexible bed widths, adjustable shade ratios, and easy retro-fits if the crop lineup shifts.

What I need from you is a full AutoCAD blueprint that covers every critical element:

• 2D site plan, greenhouse footprint, and orientation
• Roof and racking details showing panel spacing, tilt, and cable runs
• Structural elevations, sections, and connection details for steel or aluminium framing
• Integrated layouts for ventilation, irrigation, drainage, and service aisles (we are still deciding if we want a water recirculation system as well as a condensation one in order to make the project mor sustainable)
• Material schedules and a brief BOM for the structural members and glazing/PV modules
• Output files in .dwg (editable) plus clean, scaled PDFs for permitting

I’ll supply local wind/snow loads, desired span lengths, and any manufacturer data you need the moment we agree on the workflow. Drawings should be clear enough for an engineer to stamp and a fabricator to price without follow-up questions.
