Client Acquisition Partner Needed for UK Recruitment Software

I’m looking for someone who can find, approach and convert UK recruitment agencies into paying clients for a recruitment automation system.

This is a sales role, not a lead-list job.

The product

The system helps recruitment agencies:

- Search for candidates using plain-English instructions
- Use AI to research and shortlist candidates
- Automate candidate outreach
- Run email and SMS campaigns
- Reduce manual sourcing and repetitive recruitment work

What you need to do

You will be responsible for:

- Finding suitable UK recruitment agencies
- Contacting founders, owners and MDs
- Researching each prospect before messaging
- Using AI to help personalise outreach, then rewriting it so it sounds human
- Explaining what the system does and why it could help them
- Following up with prospects
- Getting them interested enough to become a paying client

You can use cold email, calling, Instagram or other legitimate B2B outreach methods.

I can handle demos and more technical questions if needed, but you should be comfortable having the initial sales conversation yourself.

Payment

Commission-only. No upfront payment.

You get 25% of the first payment from every client you bring in, up to £100 per client.

Commission is paid only once the client has paid me and the payment has cleared.

If no client pays, no commission is due.
