I run a website design and development agency and I’m ready to fill my calendar with discovery calls from fresh, interested prospects. Your role is straightforward: 1) identify medium-sized businesses that fit the profile we’ll agree on, 2) reach out to them through well-crafted, personalized email sequences, and 3) secure a booked Zoom or phone call directly into my calendar.

Scope of work
• Build or source targeted lead lists of medium-sized companies that genuinely need website services.
• Write compelling cold-email copy, set up the sequence, send, and follow up until the meeting is confirmed.
• Use any platform you like—Mailchimp, HubSpot, Constant Contact, or your own stack—so long as it drives results.
• Keep my calendar updated in real time and send a concise weekly report of outreach stats and meetings booked.

Deliverable & acceptance
A qualified appointment is a decision-maker from a medium-sized business attending a scheduled call. I’m aiming for a consistent flow each week; we’ll define exact numbers together during onboarding.
