I need a conversational AI that can step in the moment my office lines close and keep taking residential moving reservations without missing a beat. When a visitor starts a chat, the bot must gently guide them to provide three essentials— pickup and drop-off addresses, the preferred moving date and time, and their contact details— then finish by showing a clear, instant quote.

Everything gathered has to reach me in real time (email and a simple dashboard are fine) so I can confirm the booking first thing in the morning. Accuracy is critical: if a user changes an address halfway through, the quote should update automatically. Natural-language handling, quick error recovery, and plain-English explanations of fees will go a long way toward building trust.
