Affordable Food Delivery App Development

I want to build a full-featured food and grocery delivery platform at a competitive cost and would prefer to work with an India-based developer for easier coordination and budget control. The app must support three distinct user roles—customers, local stores, and delivery drivers—so each can sign in, manage their part of an order, and track progress in real time.

Core flow
• Customers browse nearby stores, add items to a cart, pay (UPI, card, or COD), and watch their order move on a map.
• Stores receive the order, confirm stock, update preparation status, and hand off to a driver.
• Drivers see available jobs, accept one, navigate with live GPS, and mark delivery complete.

Key deliverables
• Customer app (Android; cross-platform with Flutter or React Native is also fine)
• Separate lightweight apps or web dashboards for stores and drivers
• Admin panel for onboarding stores, setting commission rates, and viewing analytics
• Secure phone-OTP login, Razorpay or similar gateway, Firebase push notifications, Google Maps-based tracking, and basic wallet for refunds/credits

Acceptance criteria
1. Smooth three-role workflow from order placement to delivery completion.
2. Real-time status updates and location tracking with minimal latency.
3. Payments, refunds, and receipts processed correctly through the chosen gateway.
4. Source code, build instructions, and brief documentation delivered at project hand-off.
