FIREDISC Cookers is seeking an experienced Affiliate Program Manager to grow online sales on a commission-only basis, with no upfront fee or monthly retainer.
Our website uses WooCommerce, and our affiliate program is already connected through Awin. We have product photos, videos, banners, and other creative assets ready to support you.
We need someone to:
• Audit and improve our existing Awin program.
• Recruit and activate quality affiliates in outdoor cooking, tailgating, camping, hunting, fishing, and overlanding.
• Manage affiliate relationships and help partners generate sales.
• Monitor tracking and provide brief weekly performance updates.
You must have hands-on Awin experience and examples of affiliate sales growth you personally delivered. Experience with outdoor or consumer product brands is preferred.
Please propose your management commission rate, separate from publisher commissions. Compensation will be based on agreed, attributable net sales after refunds and cancellations. Commission eligibility and payment terms will be established before work begins.
