AF7004 Research Methods Review

AF7004 – Financial Econometrics and EViews Academic Tutoring

I am looking for an experienced financial econometrics tutor to provide technical guidance, EViews training, and feedback on my AF7004 coursework.

The assessment covers three sections:

Section A – Portfolio Analysis (30%)

* Guidance on analysing 10 US stocks using monthly data from 2016–2025.
* EViews tutoring covering the Fama-French three-factor and Carhart four-factor models.
* Feedback on interpreting regression results and portfolio performance.

Section B – CAPM and Beta Estimation (30%)

* Guidance on estimating daily and monthly beta coefficients for 15 US stocks from 2021–2025.
* Support in understanding the intervalling effect and interpreting differences across company sizes.

Section C – Panel Data Analysis (40%)

* EViews training on panel data estimation and model selection.
* Guidance on appropriate statistical tests and interpretation of capital structure determinants.

Scope of support: The tutor will explain methods, provide technical demonstrations, answer questions, and review my own analysis and drafts. I will complete the assessed analysis, written discussion, and final submission independently.

Budget: $400 USD (fixed price)

Target completion date for tutoring and feedback: November 15, 2026.

Experience with EViews, Bloomberg financial data, asset pricing models, and panel data econometrics is essential.
