# Aerospace Engineering Contributors Wanted – Simulations, Design & Technical Projects

## About the Project

I am building an aerospace engineering-focused YouTube channel and online community dedicated to **practical aerospace engineering, aircraft/propulsion design, simulations, and engineering software**.

I am looking for aerospace engineers, mechanical engineers, CFD engineers, propulsion engineers, aircraft designers, and engineering students who would like to **showcase their technical work to a growing aerospace audience**.

The goal is to create a community where engineers can share interesting engineering projects, learn from each other, and potentially generate additional income from their technical work.

## What I Am Looking For

You can submit an original aerospace engineering project such as:

* Aircraft design
* Aerodynamics
* CFD simulations
* Aircraft performance analysis
* Propulsion / jet engine design
* Turbomachinery
* Turbojet / turbofan simulations
* Rocket propulsion
* Combustion simulations
* Structural analysis / FEA
* Flight dynamics
* 6-DOF simulations
* Control systems
* MATLAB / Simulink projects
* Python engineering simulations
* CAD aircraft components
* Optimization studies
* UAV / drone design
* Experimental aircraft concepts
* Other interesting aerospace engineering projects

The project should demonstrate **real engineering work**, rather than simply being a theoretical presentation.

## What You Should Submit

For each project, I would like:

1. **A video showing you working on the project**

* Screen recording of your software
* Explain what you are doing
* Explain the engineering principles behind the project
* Show the simulation/design/results
* Voice-over is preferred, but we can discuss alternatives.

2. **The engineering files**

* MATLAB `.m` files
* Simulink `.slx` files
* Python code
* CAD files
* CFD files
* ANSYS/Fluent/CFX files
* Excel calculations
* Other relevant project files

3. **A short description**

* What was designed/simulated
* Engineering objective
* Software used
* Main assumptions
* Main results
* Any interesting engineering conclusions

## Important

**All submitted work must be your own original work**, or you must have the necessary rights to submit it.

Do not submit proprietary, confidential, employer-owned, university-restricted, export-controlled, or otherwise restricted engineering material.

You must also have the right to provide the code/files and allow them to be used for the agreed project.

## Payment & Gumroad

Selected projects may be turned into educational aerospace engineering content for the YouTube channel and community.

Where appropriate, the accompanying **code, simulation files, CAD files, templates, or engineering resources may be offered through Gumroad as paid digital engineering resources**.

The engineer who created the project will receive an **agreed payment/revenue share for eligible projects**, with the exact arrangement agreed before the work is accepted.

Payment will depend on factors such as:

* Technical quality
* Complexity of the engineering work
* Quality of the explanation/video
* Usefulness of the files
* Originality
* Educational value
* Potential interest to the aerospace engineering community

## Who I Want

I am especially interested in engineers who can **actually build and demonstrate engineering simulations**, rather than simply writing about them.

You do not need to be a professional aerospace engineer. Students, graduates, researchers, freelancers, and experienced engineers are welcome if you can demonstrate genuine technical ability.

Good candidates might have experience with:

**MATLAB / Simulink | Python | ANSYS | Fluent | CFX | OpenFOAM | CATIA | SolidWorks | Fusion 360 | CAD | CFD | FEA | Flight Dynamics | Propulsion | Turbomachinery | Aerodynamics | Control Systems**

## Example Projects

Some examples of projects that would be particularly interesting:

* "Designing a Turbojet Engine in MATLAB"
* "3D Axial Compressor Mean-Line Design"
* "CFD Analysis of a Supersonic Aircraft Intake"
* "6-DOF Rocket Flight Simulation"
* "Designing a Fighter Aircraft Wing"
* "MATLAB Aircraft Performance Simulation"
* "Turbofan Engine Off-Design Simulation"
* "CFD Optimization of an Aircraft Wing"
* "Rocket Nozzle Design and Analysis"
* "Aircraft Stability & Control Simulation"
* "UAV Concept Design and Performance Analysis"

## Why Join?

This is an opportunity to:

* Showcase your engineering skills
* Have your work presented to an aerospace audience
* Build your engineering portfolio
* Reach potential clients/employers
* Earn money from your technical work
* Help grow an online aerospace engineering community
* Collaborate with other engineers and aerospace enthusiasts

## How to Apply

Please send:

**1. Your background**
Briefly tell me about your aerospace/mechanical engineering experience.

**2. Software you use**
List the engineering software you are comfortable with.

**3. Example project**
Tell me about one aerospace engineering project you have completed.

**4. What you would like to submit**
Describe the simulation/design you could create for the channel.

**5. Previous work**
If possible, provide examples, screenshots, videos, GitHub links, portfolio links, or other evidence of your engineering work.

**6. Your expected price**
Give me your expected payment for producing one complete project/video and providing the associated files.

I am interested in building **long-term relationships with talented aerospace engineers**, so if the collaboration works well, there may be opportunities for multiple projects.

If you are passionate about aerospace engineering and want to help create a community where engineers can **build, simulate, explain, and share real aerospace projects**, I would love to hear from you.
