I need a modern, fully-responsive website that presents all my consultancy services for people who want to live, invest, or do business in Portugal. The site will act as the digital counterpart to my YouTube channel, so the latest videos and any playlists I choose must appear automatically on the homepage and in a dedicated “Videos & Tips” area without extra work on my side.
Core requirements
• Multilingual interface: Arabic, English and French, with an easy way for me to add or edit translations later.
• Clean, professional design that loads fast on mobile and desktop and meets current UX standards.
• One-click WhatsApp chat floating button so visitors can reach me instantly.
Interactive service-request form
Visitors should be able to:
– Select the service they need (Visas & Residence Permits, Company Formation & Business Services, Document Help & Administrative Procedures).
– Enter basic contact details, nationality, current country and preferred language.
– Describe their situation in their own words and optionally upload supporting documents.
Submitted data must arrive in my email and be stored securely in the site’s back-office for follow-up.
Content management
I want to update pages, blog posts, guides and downloadable checklists myself, so build on WordPress, Webflow, or another intuitive CMS—whatever you recommend that keeps future maintenance simple.
Deliverables
1. Live, secure website on my hosting with SSL.
2. Automatic YouTube feed integration.
3. Multilingual structure (AR/EN/FR) ready with initial pages translated (I’ll supply text).
4. Custom request form with file-upload, validation and spam protection.
5. WhatsApp click-to-chat, analytics and basic SEO setup.
6. Admin guide or brief video showing me how to edit content and manage form entries.
If this fits your skill set, let’s discuss the best tech stack and timeline so we can launch quickly and start helping future clients.
