Advanced Windows Spyware Removal

My Windows PC is showing every classic sign of a deep-seated spyware infection: it runs noticeably slower, throws random pop-ups, drops its internet connection at will, and I have seen lots of unathorised access. A regular antivirus scan hasn’t touched the problem, in some cases device starts to work normal only while anitvirus is running, so I need someone who can go beyond off-the-shelf tools and fully clean the machine.

Here’s what I’m looking for:
1. Logging what is happening with devices.
2. Complete removal or quarantine of every malicious component you uncover
3. A concise report that details what was found, what was removed, and any system or browser settings you had to repair.
