Advanced Windows Bingo Program Developer Needed

I'm looking for an experienced Windows software developer to create a bingo program that allows simultaneous play on multiple bingo cards. The number of cards should be up to 1000.

Key Features Needed:

- Inputs. Position of numbers is not in descending order. Physical bingo cards should be ocr and automatically input into a "folder of cards" of up to 1000 cards. A manual input is also required. Editing of ocr numbers to ensure correct input is required.

- card addressing. Every entered card should be assigned a bingo letter and 1-200 number. Winning cards and near winning cards should show their address (letter and number).

- Real-time number input: The user should be able to manually input the bingo numbers as they are called out.

- Winning Cards Highlight: The software must have a feature to highlight winning cards amongst the ones played.

- pattern win. Some patterns ( box, x , blackout) are also bonus wins. There should be a tab to program different winning bonus patterns.

Winning card indicator- when in play, the program should indicate which cards are within 3, 2, and 1 move of winning. Winning cards should also be indicated and addressing.

The perfect candidate for this project:

- Is proficient with Windows software development.
- Has experience creating real-time response systems in applications.
- Has an understanding of bingo mechanics, or is comfortable researching this as necessary for the project.

BONUS. After deployment (60 days) and minor changes if any. I will pay a 50% bonus.
