Advanced Timeslips Reporting Specialist Needed Using Timeslips by Sage

My Timeslips environment is fully configured and billing is running smoothly, but I need an advanced user who can step in and create polished, detailed client reports, monthly invoices, track time on hold for unfinished projects work closely with managing partner to bill clients generating up to 500 bills and statements per month.

What I need from you
• Dive into my existing Timeslips database, locate the right data points, methods fo rmanaging data,
and use existing report templates focused on matter-level detail, hours, rates, expenses, and outstanding balances.
• Optimise filters, custom fields and layouts so each report is clear, branded and exportable to PDF or Excel without additional tweaking.
• Explain any customisations you apply so I can regenerate the same reports after you are done.

Acceptance criteria
1. Commit to a very long term working arrangement, we have had two billers in 35 years and pay top rates for quality and dependable performance.
1. At least three detailed client report templates delivered and demonstrated inside Timeslips.
2. Output verified against sample matters for accuracy in totals and formatting.
3. A brief how-to note or screen-share recording showing the steps to run and refresh the reports.

You should already be comfortable with the deeper corners of Timeslips—custom fields, styles, slip classifications, security settings—and be ready to jump straight into a live data set. If you can also streamline future report scheduling or suggest other insightful billing metrics, that will be a plus.
* This is a long term position that pays monthly and could run 30-50 hours per month depending upon season.
