Please start from "I am not a bot" in your bid.
Don't bid Indian, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Venezuela, Iran, Asian countries.
North, South American, Europe countries are prefered.
I coordinate a fast-growing software team made up of new hires from several Asian countries, and I want each developer to feel just as confident in everyday English conversations as they are in code from next month or next year. To make that happen I am looking for a tutor with proven, advanced-level teaching expertise who can run regular one-on-one lessons focused on General English.
Here is what I have in mind:
• One-to-one sessions delivered online at times that can accommodate multiple time zones across Asia.
• A practical, spoken-first approach that targets listening, pronunciation and day-to-day workplace communication rather than heavy grammar theory.
• Brief post-lesson notes or recordings so participants can review key points and track progress week by week.
Familiarity with technology-oriented learners is a plus, but what matters most is your ability to take absolute beginners through to comfortable conversational fluency. If you can outline your typical teaching framework, suggested cadence and the tools you use (Zoom, Google Classroom, interactive whiteboards, etc.), that will help me select the best fit quickly.
I’m ready to get started as soon as we agree on a schedule, so please share your experience, a sample lesson plan and any success stories with similar students.
