Advanced Electronics Design Project

We are seeking a Senior Electrical Designer to support the design of advanced manufacturing facilities, including semiconductor manufacturing plants, data centers, and other high-tech industrial projects. This role is responsible for producing detailed electrical designs using AutoCAD and Revit MEP, including power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and communications systems. The Senior Electrical Designer will coordinate closely with engineers and design leads while providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior designers.

Responsibilities

Prepare electrical designs and construction documents for advanced manufacturing and industrial facilities.
Develop layouts, sketches, 2D drawings, and 3D models using AutoCAD and Revit MEP.
Design electrical power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and communications systems.
Produce and maintain accurate electronic drawing and documentation packages.
Coordinate design deliverables with engineers, design leads, and other project disciplines.
Deliver complex design packages while meeting project scope, schedule, and quality requirements.
Assist with developing staffing plans based on project schedules and deliverables.
Become familiar with project scope, client requirements, budgets, and schedules for assigned work.
Mentor junior designers and drafters by providing technical guidance and support.
Collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary project teams.
Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in electrical design utilizing 3D modeling and drafting.
Proficiency with AutoCAD.
At least 1 year of Revit design experience.
Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and electrical design requirements.
Associate degree in a related technical field.
3+ years of semiconductor industry experience.
