We are seeking an experienced presentation and pitch-deck designer to create a high-quality, reusable proposal template for a global business school operating across Europe, Asia, India and Africa.
Our work includes executive education, leadership development, organisational capability, business growth and development-focused work with corporate clients, particularly in Africa.
The objective is to create a commercially persuasive, visually sophisticated proposal deck that can be tailored quickly for different client opportunities.
The designer should create a clear narrative structure that moves from the client’s context, challenges and needs to our proposed solution, capabilities, delivery approach, outcomes and investment.
The template should include editable slide types for client needs, strategic context, our point of view, programme architecture, learning journeys, curriculum, faculty, credentials, case studies, impact, timelines, next steps and commercials. We have a conceptual framework for the proposal deck
We need excellent information design and graphics, including strong use of imagery, icons, diagrams, charts, infographics and clear data visualisation, rather than simply decorative design.
The ideal freelancer will have extensive experience for international multinationals in creating senior corporate proposals, consulting presentations, professional-services decks, executive-education materials or leadership-development pitches.
All work must be delivered in fully editable PowerPoint or Google Slides format, designed so that non-designers in our team can use it confidently and consistently.
Deliverables should include a master template, approximately 20 to 30 flexible slide layouts, a coherent visual system and brief guidance on choosing the right slide type for different arguments.
Please include relevant examples of previous work, your proposed approach and timeline, your pricing structure, and confirmation that all final files will be editable and available for internal re-use.
