1) Module 1: Checkout Link Modification Module with the following features:
• Staff can paste a product checkout URL or select via search/browse.
• System displays product information with picture, name, price, and attributes.
• Staff can enter customer details (name, phone, address, quantity, delivery area).
• System generates a new checkout link with pre-filled details for sharing.
• Important: The new checkout link must behave like a regular checkout attribute and must not resemble invoice generation. No trace of the invoice module should be present, as invoice generation is reserved solely for wholesale customers.
• Dedicated management page to re-edit, activate/deactivate, delete, and copy links.
• After payment, the system automatically generates an invoice, emails it to the customer, and stores an editable copy for the admin.

2) Module 2: Dynamic Payment Link for Wholesale Customers and for customers purchasing bulk products on sale.
• All features of the Checkout Link Modification Module apply.
• Wholesale customers can increase or decrease the grand total to pay before completing payment.
• The system will automatically adjust the unit (whole numeric value, no decimals) and the unit price using a defined algorithm.
• Algorithm rules:
o Quantity and value cannot exceed a specified maximum.
o Any value lower or higher than the defined threshold will be fixed to the nearest valid value.
• This ensures wholesale customers can flexibly adjust totals while maintaining compliance with fixed pricing rules.
• Invoice generation after payment follows wholesale policy (e.g., Non-Cancellation & Non-Refund Clause).

Revision Policy: The programmer must provide 1–5 opportunities for modification after the demo is finalized, ensuring the project meets requirements.

Clause: The UI/UX design must be approved by us before final implementation.

Details on the Checkout Link Modification Module
Functional Requirements
• Standard Checkout Flow: Normal retail checkout remains unchanged: product selection → size/color → cart → checkout → personal details → payment.
• Alternative Checkout Flow: For phone/social media orders, staff can generate a modified checkout link directly from the dashboard.

Dashboard Workflow
1. Product Link Input
o Staff paste the product’s checkout URL into a designated field OR select via search/browse.
o System displays product information with picture, name, price, and attributes for confirmation.
2. Customer Details Entry
o Dashboard prompts for:
 Name
 Phone number
 Address (Shipping & Billing)
 Quantity
 Delivery area (The delivery fee will be automatically added following the current algorithm in the system)
3. Link Modification
o After saving, the system generates a new checkout link with pre-filled customer details.
o Customer receives this link → lands directly on the payment page with all details pre-filled.

Link Management Page
Each modified checkout link must have a dedicated management page with:
• Re-edit — update customer details or order info.
• Toggle Activation — enable/disable link availability.
• Delete — permanently remove the link.
• Copy Link — quick copy option for sharing.
• Audit Trail — log who created/modified/deleted the link with timestamps.

Post Payment Automation
• Once payment is successfully processed:
o System automatically generates a formal invoice.
o Invoice is emailed to the customer using the provided email address.
o An editable copy of the invoice is stored in the admin dashboard for record-keeping and adjustments (e.g., adding notes, updating status).

Key Notes
• This is a checkout link modification, not invoice creation.
• Wholesale invoices embed the Non-Cancellation & Non-Refund Clause.
• Retail invoices retain standard cancellation/refund policies.
• Both flows must support audit trails for compliance and accountability.
