## Core Development Focus
Rather than simple API wrappers, this phase is dedicated to heavy backend engineering:

## Technical Requirements
- All deliverables must run purely on **local compute** (`127.0.0.1`).
- Implementations must generate verifiable **Ed25519 cryptographic receipts**.
- You must have strong experience with API rate limiting, webhook orchestration, and security-first development.
