Advanced 2D Animator Needed

I’m putting together a character-driven short film and need an experienced 2D animator who excels at realistic motion and subtle acting. The work is strictly hand-crafted; no AI assistance and definitely not for beginners. If clean, on-model drawing, natural anatomy, and believable weight are already second nature to you, we’ll get along fine.

Workflow
• I supply boards, X-sheets, and dialogue.
• You rough, tie-down, and clean the animation, delivering layered PSD or PNG sequences (or Toon Boom/TVPaint files if you prefer).
• I handle compositing.

Compensation & sample test
• Final rate: $40–$50 per finished minute, depending on the complexity of the shot.
• First I’ll need a 10-second test shot based on my layout; if the sample matches the reference quality I’ll pay $5 for it and green-light the full scene list.
